- Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of advance payment. This advance payment may be made through bank transfer or cash.
- Please contact us via phone or email to cancel your bookings. No refund for cancellations made 5 days or less ahead of check-in date.
- Check-in time 12 noon and check-out time is 11 am.
- Homestay will not provide pick up and drop facility.
- Additional or separate food will be provided with prior notice and charges are extra.
- Driver can avail the food facility with the charge of Rs.1000/.
- Site visit charges are extra and paid by the guests.
- Jeep facility will be arranged at your prior request and will be charged.
- No refund once you check in, even if you check out before your checkout date which is been registered in KAVA
- No refund from foreign countries (the booking cannot be cancelled for the one who book outside India.)
- 100% refund for the one who cancelled Booking before 20 days from the arrival date.
- 50% refund for the one who cancelled Booking before 10 days from the arrival date.
- 25% refund for the one who cancelled Booking before 5 days from the arrival date.
- Note: All Refund transfer charges shall be charged from guest account, if any.
- Amendments will be considered as cancellation
- Any Refund will take at least 15 days to process.
